As I have stepped out in my faith, I have found that our stories can make a lasting impact on the people around us. By stepping out in boldness, God's glory can and will be shown to others if at first we are obedient to tell our story in the first place. I first started this podcast to give people a voice to tell their stories in hopes that it could encourage and give hope to those who need to hear it. As I have had more personal experiences with the Lord and His power, I also found that I could step out and tell my own stories of who He is. The Lord uses our struggles, trials, and victories to show that you can and will make it through it with Him by your side. I give all the glory to God for this podcast and these episodes. I hope even if you’re not sure about who God is, His character, glory, mercy, and love will be shown to you through each episode.

David's Testimony - Answering to God's Calling
Welcome to Episode 21! First things first, if you're in a slump and need a reminder that God is for you, you need to listen to this episode! This week I chat with David Romero. He is a pastor, musician, and a man of God. We have known each other since I was 3 and he was the best man in my parent's wedding. We both believe that God put us on the same path again to reconnect and be on this podcast together. He gives us glimpses of his story on how in multiple different situations, he had heard a calling from God. He heard Him audibly which not a lot of people have ever experienced! He gives people insight of when he almost lost his life, but refused to believe that God was done with him. God gave him visions/dreams of starting a new church and also opening a coffee shop where he could build community. He also gives us advice and ways to live a life for Christ. He has such a huge heart for God and it is shown throughout this episode.
